Our rooms
The Walnut Tree

Nestled high in the canopy of a walnut tree, this room feels like a treetop hideaway; light, airy and calming.
It's our only hypoallergenic room in the house, making it the perfect choice for guests who value that little extra peace and quiet.
A comfortable king size bed takes centre stage, with views stretching out over the green parkland and terrace below.
The ensuite shower room completes the space, simple and fresh to match the room's natural, elevated feel.
The Boy

Named for its playful spirit.
This room is an intimate double where a hand-carved Indian shutter conceals the open bathroom in quiet mystery.
The 4'6" bed faces out towards the terrace and the park, catching the light and the view in equal measure.
Small in size, big on charm; made for one, romantic for two.
The Fox

Set on the street side of the property.
This room is bathed in natural light through three double-glazed windows; two framing gentle glimpses of the street below, and one opening onto lush green grassland and the charm of the bandstand beyond.
A peaceful, elegantly appointed retreat, designed for effortless comfort.
The Horse

Our largest and most indulgent room, with a king-size brass bed and views straight over the river.
Soak away the day in the roll-top bath, with a separate ensuite shower room for practicality.
A day bed, easily made up as two singles, means the suite works just as beautifully for four as it does for two: romantic for a couple, cosy for the whole family.
The Mole

A room unlike any other.
The soaring ceiling and exposed wood beams set the tone the moment you step inside, a striking blend of character and calm.
At it's heart sits a rare Japanese copper bath, its warm patina inviting a long, slow soak after a day on the Wye. For those who prefer to move quickly, a generous walk-in shower offers the same effortless indulgence, bathed in natural light from two double-glazed windows.
Thoughtfully designed and quietly luxurious, this is a room made for lingering.
